Hello there! My passion is to teach you how to grill and create amazing BBQ using your 5-senses. After years of teaching classes and creating recipes online, I have discovered important aspects of BBQ worth sharing with everyone. This book has 40+ recipes that distill my personal BBQ journey into the Four Fundamentals of Smoking that, when mastered, will teach you how to be the best pit master in your neighborhood. It comes from years of experience behind grills most common to backyard grillers: Weber Smokey Mountain, Traeger Timberline, and Big Green Egg. I have de-coupled the fundamentals from the grill so you can have the knowledge to cook in any environment.
